SALTED NUT ROLL 
1 yellow cake mix
2/3 c. butter
1 egg
Miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
Salted peanuts

Combine and bake 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees, 1 yellow cake mix, 2/3 cup butter, 1 egg. Top with 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows. Bake another 10- 12 minutes, cool. Heat until melted and blend, 2/3 cup corn syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/4 cup butter, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips.

Pour over cooled marshmallows. top with 2 cups salted peanuts. Push peanuts into mix. Refrigerate. Return to room temperature before cutting.
