12 oz. peanut butter chips
14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry salted peanuts
10 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt chips, butter, and milk. Mix with peanuts and marshmallows. Press into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan or roll in wax paper. Chill.
