1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1 (12 oz.) peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
10 oz. mini marshmallows
3 tbsp. butter

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam spray. Sprinkle 1/2 jar of peanuts on bottom of pan.

Melt chips and butter. Add milk and marshmallows; stir until almost melted.

Pour mix on top of peanuts and sprinkle rest of nuts on top. Press down with wet hand. Refrigerate until firm.
