CREAMED TURKEY 
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
1/4 c. pimento (optional)

Cook green pepper until tender in butter. Stir in soup and milk. Heat slowly, stirring constantly. Add turkey and pimento. Continue cooking about 10 minutes. Serve creamed turkey on biscuits.
