WILD RICE SALAD 
5 c. cooked wild rice (2 c. raw)
1/2 c. Western dressing
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. finely chopped green onions and tops
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced radishes
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate cooked wild rice in Western dressing several hours or overnight. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill. Makes a large bowl of salad.
