AVOCADO CREAM PIE 
1 lg. avocado or 2 sm. ones
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Pour into graham cracker crust. Garnish with Cool Whip and freeze about 45 minutes and serve. Any leftover may be re-frozen.
