ARTICHOKES AND SPINACH 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, divided
1/2 can water chestnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 shakes nutmeg

1. Cook spinach according to directions on package. Squeeze out water.

2. Cut artichokes in half. Slice water chestnuts.

3. Combine hot spinach with softened cream cheese and butter. Stir until well blended.

4. Add water chestnuts and 1/2 artichokes, blending lightly.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with reserved artichokes.

6. Heat in bake and serve dish for 25-30 minutes at 350. Serves 8-10.
