GRANDPA'S FAVORITE PUDDING PIE 
1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes Jello instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip whipped topping

In a mixing bowl, prepare chocolate pudding and pie filling as per pudding instructions.

Cover the bottom of an 11x7 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. (Overlap crackers so there are no spaces for pudding to seep through.) Pour 3/4 inch layer of pudding over grahams. Place another layer of graham crackers over pudding, followed by a second layer of pudding (using remaining pudding). Spread Cool Whip over that last layer. Refrigerate to chill and enjoy!

VARIATION: Add fresh sliced strawberries on top layer of pudding, then spread with Cool Whip to finish.
