HAWAIIAN CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. pecans (chopped)

Mix first four ingredients and 1 cup of nuts. Chill well. Then roll into a ball and cover with remaining nuts. Better when made a day ahead. Serve with wheat crackers.
