BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
2 (6 oz.) butterscotch bits
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
5 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut

Melt the butterscotch bits and peanut butter in top of a double boiler and pour over cornflakes and coconut. Mix well and spoon onto waxed paper. Cool while in the refrigerator.
