1 lb. meat (your choice) 1 lg. onion, chopped 4 med. potatoes, diced 4 med. carrots, sliced 1 c. frozen corn 1 (15 oz.) can green beans 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans (chili seasoning) Any other vegetables you want to add Brown meat in small amount of oil in large roaster. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and all the vegetables except the ranch style beans. Cook over low heat until vegetables are almost done. Add ranch style beans and simmer for about an hour. Use more or less water for thickness you want. Salt and pepper to taste. |
