TACO DIP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1 pkg. chili-o mix
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped (optional)
1 sm. tomato paste
3 oz. cream cheese

Fry and drain hamburger. Add rest of ingredients, except cream cheese. Mix well. Add cream cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve warm with chips. Does great in a crock pot!
