LAYERED TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 1/2 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced spring onions
1 can sliced black olives

Combine sour cream and cream cheese; beat with mixer until smooth. Spread over bottom and edges of a dinner plate. Set aside. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Spread on top of cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Layer ingredients as follows: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives and Cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
