LAYERED CRANBERRY-APPLE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cranberry-apple drink
1 c. (8 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 unpeeled apples, cut up

1. Dissolve Jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water.

2. Add cranberry-apple drink.

3. Set aside 2 cups Jello.

4. Blend cranberry sauce into remaining mixture.

5. Chill until thickened.

6. Pour into 8 cup bowl.

7. Chill until set but not firm.

8. Meanwhile, chill reserved 2 cups until thickened.

9. Blend in Cool Whip and mayonnaise.

10. Add apples.

11. Spoon over first layer in mold. Chill until firm.
