INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 lb. ham, ground
1 c. fine cracker crumbs, about 22 crackers
2 tsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients except meat. Then add meat and mix well. Shape into 10 to 14 loaves. Baste 2 or 3 times with tangy sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

TANGY SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar

These ham loaves can be frozen before baking; sauce can be frozen also.
