SWEET AND SOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lb. stew beef
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3-4 carrots, cut up

Brown stew beef; add remaining ingredients and stir well. Put into casserole dish with cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
