GARDEN CHICKEN (FOR TWO) 
1 tbsp. oil or 1 tbsp. butter & 1 tbsp. shortening used together
1 or 2 boneless & skinless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
2 med. potatoes, washed, sliced with skins
2/3 c. med. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. green beans, French or canned cut beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water

In medium skillet, electric or conventional type, heat oil and brown chicken. Drain. Add soup and water until mixture is smooth then add vegetables. Simmer, covered for approximately 30 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender.
