BLUEBERRY BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. broken nut meats
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Mix eggs and sugar well. Add milk and butter. Sift dry ingredients together and add to liquid mixture. Stir only until blended. Carefully fold in blueberries and nuts. Makes 3 (1 pound) loaves or 2 (2 pound) loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for 1 pound tins and 60 minutes for 2 pound tins.
