ICE-BOX CEREAL COOKIES 
2 c. melted butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. Grape Nut flakes
2 c. oatmeal (quick cook)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butterscotch morsels or chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars. Add slightly beaten eggs. Beat well. Add Grape Nut flakes and oatmeal. Combine baking powder, soda, and flour. Stir into above mixture. Add vanilla, coconut, pecans and butterscotch morsels. Store in Tupperware or other covered container in refrigerator. It keeps for weeks. To bake: roll into small balls; place on greased cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
