MARINARA SAUCE 
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 anchovies, minced
2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes, sieved
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Sauté garlic in oil, add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.

Note: Marinara sauce may be used alone on spaghetti or on vegetables. Stores well.
