CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour (1/2 c. extra)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl cream butter gradually. Add sugar, beat until fluffy and light. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually add all together. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
