CLASSIC POTATO SALAD 
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt, or less
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes (5-6 med.)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped or sliced; optional
Snipped fresh dill for garnish

In large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except dill. Toss to coat well. Snip sprigs of dill on top. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
