CRUNCHY FISH FILLETS 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. butter (1/2 stick), melted
1 c. coarsely crushed bite-sized Cheddar cheese crackers
4 sm. cod fillets (each about 6 oz.)

About 20 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In pie plate, mix lemon juice, chili powder, and half of melted butter; on waxed paper, place crushed crackers. Dip fish fillets in baking dish; drizzle with remaining melted butter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and topping is golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
