TOLL HOUSE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate morsels and walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm. You can add whipped cream or ice cream. Makes one 9 inch pie.
