WATERGATE CAKE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. ginger ale
3 eggs

Mix together in any order. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Top with 1 large or 2 small Cool Whip topping, 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix, and 1 1/4 cup milk. Mix together until smooth. Top off with nuts, coconut or cherries, if desired.
