EASY CREAMY CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
2 med. onions
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Remove skin from chicken breasts. Place meaty side down in casserole dish. Quarter the 2 onions and place around chicken. In small bowl mix soup, 1/2 can water and cheese (I use Cracker Barrel because it melts best.) Pour mixture over chicken and onions and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This is a quick dish to prepare and the gravy and onions are nice on rice.
