EDDIE'S POPCORN SNACK 
3 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. nuts (mixed or just pecans)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and nut mixture, stirring to coat. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread out on cookie sheet before baking in oven.
