TACO BAKE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 tostata shells
2 c. Monterey - hot peppers
1/2 of a head of lettuce
2 cut tomatoes, fresh
Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheeses

Brown hamburger and onions. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with shells. Spoon in meat mixture. Add cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. After removing from oven add remaining ingredients.
