STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
8 lg. cabbage leaves
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

In a 3-quart casserole, place cabbage and water. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until leaves are pliable. Drain. Combine two tablespoons of tomato sauce, beef, egg, rice, onion and seasonings in bowl. Mix well. Divide meat mixture into eight portions. Place each portion on a cabbage leaf. Fold in sides and roll up. Arrange rolls in 3-quart casserole. Pour on remaining sauce and cover. Cook for 16 to 18 minutes at 100% (high) power. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
