CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tbsp. salt
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 box instant pudding (any flavor)
2/3 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream

Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each addition until mixture is smooth. Form dough into balls by heaping tablespoonsful and place on a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool. Cut cream puffs in half and fill with pudding mixture.

PUDDING MIXTURE: Mix pudding and milk together well. Add whipped cream and mix well together.
