SMOKED FISH LOG 
2 c. fish, steamed and flaked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Combine cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt. Stir in fish and mix thoroughly. Chill mixture for several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape fish mixture into log shape and roll in nut mixture.

Makes about 3 cups.
