CHICKEN DINNER IN A DISH 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved (I use thighs, legs and breasts and just skin)
2 med. potatoes, quartered
2 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 lg. onion, cut & sliced
1/2 c. dry white wine or 1 c. chicken broth
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper if desired
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or 1 can green beans, drained

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish, arrange chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour broth or wine over chicken. Add bay leaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add beans. Cover, continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables tender. Makes 4 servings.
