NAVAHO TACO 
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 cans refried beans
2 cans pinto beans
1 bean can of water

Combine all and slow cook for 2 1/2 hours. Brown 2 pounds ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 med green pepper, chopped, dash of salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic and ground oregano.

BREAD:

4 c. flour
4 tbsp. oil
4 tsp. baking powder
Water or milk to make a stiff dough

Fry in hot fat on top of stove, tablespoon of dough at a time. One jar of hot taco sauce, shredded cheese and lettuce. Cover the fried bread with the bean mixture, add meat, cheese and lettuce, taco sauce on top. It's really good, a meal in one!
