VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 heads broccoli or cauliflower, or 1 of each; may use frozen vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook vegetables until just tender. Place in shallow casserole (buttered). Mix mayonnaise, soup, cheese and curry powder together. Spoon over vegetables. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
