HEATH BRICKLE CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Heath Brickle
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Combine and sift flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in dry ingredients; blend in Heath Brickle and pecans. Drop teaspoons 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until done, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet. Cool. Makes about 3 dozen.
