SKILLET BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. or (1) 6 oz. bottle cola drink
1 c. hot catsup

Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in ungreased large skillet. Combine cola and catsup; pour over chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. NOTE: To oven barbecue use 1 (14 ounce) bottle catsup and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
