WALDORF SALAD 
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced, unpeeled apple
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (use plain or combination of vanilla or orange and plain)

Combine diced celery, apples, chopped nuts, and raisins. Blend yogurt into the mixture. Makes 6 servings (1/2 cup each).
