ECLAIR CAKE 
9 x 13 pan butter bottom and line with unbroken graham crackers.

3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Add 8 oz. softened cream cheese and beat well again about 5 more minutes (well be somewhat lumpy) !

Fold in 9 oz. Cool Whip.

Pour half of mixture over graham crackers cover with another layer of crackers, add final layer of pudding mix and top with another layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours then ice with.

6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. white Karo
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk

Refrigerate 24 hours. I don't always refrigerate for 24 hours.
