GROUND MEAT WITH CHEEZ WHIZ ROLL

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Mix together meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 of Cheez Whiz, egg, salt. Put meat mixture spread on 12"x10" foil. Mix rice, parsley, other 1/2 of Cheez Whiz; spread on top of meat mixture. Roll like jelly roll with foil. Wrap securely overnight or 2 hours. Slice 8 slices, lay on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
