SCALLOPED CLAMS 
1 can minced clams
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. clam juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of celery salt
Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. crumbled potato chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain clams. Melt butter in saucepan, brown onions slightly. Add flour, stir until blended, add milk and clam juice and seasonings. Stir continuously until well blended and cooked, about 5 minutes. Add the clams and chopped eggs. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole and top with the crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 but recipe may be doubled to serve more.
