CHICKEN CILANTRO | |
4 - 6 chicken breasts, cut into small strips or cubes 2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 bunch of cilantro Salt to taste Wash and remove skin from chicken. Place butter and garlic in frying pan, place over medium heat. While the mixture is melting, cut up chicken and place in the pan. Cook chicken until white and stir so it does not stick. This should take about 5 minutes. At the 4 minute mark, add salt, fresh cilantro and lemon juice. Stir. Makes 4 - 5 servings. |
