DEWBERRY CREAM PIE | |
1 (9") deep dish unbaked pie shell Enough berries to fill shell 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. flour, sifted Pinch salt Mix sugar, eggs, sour cream, flour and salt. Put berries in pie shell; cover with mixture. CRUMB TOPPING: 8 tablespoons flour, 8 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons butter combined and sprinkled on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
