DEWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 (9") deep dish unbaked pie shell
Enough berries to fill shell
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. flour, sifted
Pinch salt

Mix sugar, eggs, sour cream, flour and salt. Put berries in pie shell; cover with mixture.

CRUMB TOPPING: 8 tablespoons flour, 8 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons butter combined and sprinkled on top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

My pie always comes out like soup, will not set up. I was afraid to cook too much longer and burn the top. My recipe is exactly like this one, but says 325-350 for 35 to 45min. I baked at 325 for 45min. I let it cool for several hours thinking it would set when chilled. Nope, soup... Very tasty Dewberry soup however, lol...
