SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
2 eggs, fork beaten
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice (Real Lemon concentrate) or 2 tsp. lemon extract
1 deep dish pie crust

Combine sugar, flour, butter and stir well. Add eggs and mix well. Add sour cream and lemon juice or extract, stirring well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven 15 minutes more.
