TROPICAL SLUSH | |
2 c. mashed bananas 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped 2 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled Combine all ingredients, except ginger ale. Stir well and freeze until firm. To serve, partially thaw fruit mixture. Place into punch bowl and break into chunks. Add ginger ale and stir until slushy. Yield: about 3 quarts. |
