BAKED RED FISH 
1 lg. red fish, seasoned with black and red pepper
1 sm. can tomato paste
Cooking oil
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 pt. water

Place a little oil in a skillet and wilt onions and bell peppers in the oil. Combine remaining ingredients with water and cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Place fish in a pan, pour cooked sauce over fish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
