TRANSPACIFIC FLANK STEAK 
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
Flank steak

Mix all ingredients and pour over scored steak in shallow pan. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 6 hours, turning frequently. Broil or BBQ.
