SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. uncooked spiral macaroni
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 lg. can minced clams
6-8 oz. cooked shrimp, chilled
1 sm. can sliced black olives
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. garlic & herb cheese spread
1/4 c. low fat mayonnaise

Cook macaroni, drain, rinse with cold water. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
