1 lb. round steak, ground
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. canned milk
Salt

Make patties. Brown in butter. Put in roaster and pour over sauce made of:

2 lg. onions, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees. Serve on heated buns.
