BUBBLING PINEAPPLE PUNCH 
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice, chilled
1 qt. club soda
3 c. apricot nectar
1 qt. pineapple sherbet

Combine pineapple juice and apricot nectar in a punch bowl. Add club soda and sherbet, just before serving. Yield: 20 to 25 servings.
