1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Place on bottom of 9x13 inch greased pan.

SECOND LAYER:

2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box 10X sugar

Pour over cake dough and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then put in refrigerator. Later cut in squares.
